Camille Maxwell President, Ceo

Camille Maxwell is the owner and president of SoCretely, a construction material testing company based in Cleveland, Ohio. Under her leadership as President/CEO, she wears two hats as President/CEO and Field Testing Technician. SoCretely is dedicated to exceeding clients' expectations and providing unparalleled customer service through a commitment to integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Camille upholds her family's legacy of entrepreneurship and service in every project she undertakes.

  • Master of Business Administration 


Experience 

  • 20 years of construction and community development 
  • Overseen the renovation of a $800k artist live- work apartments renovation project
  • Revitalizing a $4.5 million theater into an event space with five apartments and three street-level retail storefronts


Camille's entrepreneurial journey was profoundly influenced by her father, who was her best friend, mentor, and confidant.  Camille remains committed to her family's entrepreneurial legacy and honors her father's advice: "Stay committed to your daily routine, and remember that entrepreneurship has no limits on success—just continue to work hard."  Passionate about continuous learning, she also works with a reputable geo-technical/construction material testing company to further enhance her skills and knowledge while building her business.

Camille is deeply committed to service offering her time and talent, Camille volunteers with organizations that reflect her family values: ACE (Architects, Construction, and Engineers), NSBE Northeast Ohio Jr. Chapter (National Society of Black Engineers), Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center, and other outreach initiatives in Greater Cleveland neighborhoods. She is a member of the local American Concrete Institute Chapter, NSBE Professionals, NAMC (National Association for Minority Contractors) Northern Chapter and ECDI (Economic & Community Development Institute) Women’s Business Center, Cleveland.
